Making A Purchase We have tried to make the site as easy & pleasurable to use as possible, while maintaining our comprehensive database of vehicle makes/models to ensure each product is available for your own specific vehicle.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart, making sure you supply accurate details of your vehicles specific make, model & year where asked. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment & those cards accepted for making payment are shown clearly on our home page, & also in the "Credit Card Security" section further on. If you are shopping from North America, The EU or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Goods within the UK & Europe are normally despatched by DHL on a standard Next Day Service.

The cost for packaging & carriage is £6.95 per order for the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands & Isles, the Isle of Man & Isle of Wight. All orders to these areas, as well as to Northern Ireland, Eire and The Channel Isles will be charged at a rate of £17.95 per order. This is necessary due to the onward cost of shipping beyond the UK mainland.

PLEASE NOTE: When you make a purchase the default carriage price will show as the basic UK Mainland (£6.95) rate. Under Shipping & Handling you will be asked to select the appropriate carriage rate, from a "drop down" facility, for your shipping address in "Class of Service".

For International carriage, this is charged at a flat rate of £20.00 for item up to a maximum of 2kg in weight, and send by Royal Mail International Air Mail. All products available to International customers at this weight limit can be purchase automatically on line, &will be indicated by the message "Available Internationally by Air Mail". All other products above 2kg will show a"warning" message if your postal address is outside the UK, & require a individual shipping quotation based on country location, for which an e-mail request will be first required.

All costs for packing & carriage are shown net of Vat. Vat will be added at the applicable rate; currently 17.5% for all appropriate Vat rated countries. For all other countries the net price will be shown.

Delivery Schedule Most orders are fulfilled & despatched on the day we receive them, if the order is placed between Monday & Friday and before 12.00 noon GMT . If for any reason we are unable to despatch on the same day, we will e-mail you to confirm this.

Orders for tailored products are placed with our EU suppliers usually on the same day they are received (except on the weekends, if you place your order on either a Saturday or a Sunday). These usually take between 3 & 7 working days to process & fulfill, so are often not ready to mail out until between 7 & 10 working days. We would, therefore, ask you to allow at least a minimum of 10 actual days before making any follow-up enquiry about your order when ordering an item designed specifically for a vehicle make/model/year, as indicated by the field data confirmation box for that product, e.g. Tailored Luggage..
Back Orders With items made to order, backordering will only occur If your item cannot be manufactured & supplied to order within a time frame of 10 working days from the date you place the order. We will then back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% Vat is added to all goods & carriage as clearly shown. All other orders outside the UK & the EU are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

You will not see the PADLOCK symbol until you pass our checkout, when you enter the PROTX site. PROTX is the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK and they meet the highest security standards to secure sensitive data.

We also provide you the option of making payments via PayPal.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, JCB & Visa Electron. We never see your your credit card details when entering on-line. This is a transaction that occurs between you and the Payment Service Provider PROTX (or PayPal) using their secure HTTPS: secure server.

We regret, in line with many other organisations now, that we are unable to accept cheque payment, unless you are a pre-approved trade buyer or re-seller, & meet our separate terms & conditions for this type of payment arrangement.
Guarantee Under the Standard guarantee offered by Armourfend for the purchase of Armourfend paint protection film, any complete unused film may be returned within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging for a pro rata refund, less a 30% handling charge. No refunds will be issued on part used Armourfend or goods returned outside of 30 days. This guarantee applies only to standard kit parts, & not to any parts that may have been created to a customer specification request or "one off" alteration.

Unless otherwise stated, all other electronic products have a standard guarantee period of 12 months.
